Capitol Reef National Park
Wayne County, UT
This was the destination of my latest class trip.
When we arrived it had snowed, and the suburban the school gave us didn't have 4 wheel drive...
We got stuck, and didn't arrive at the field station until 10 pm.
This is one of the dorms at the UVU Field Station
There are 2 dorm buildings, each have 4 bedrooms, and each bedroom has a bathroom.
It wasn't exactly a roughing it trip.
It was very nice to have a hot shower at the end of a cold, hiking day.
We had to put chains on and off every time we traveled. And we still got stuck...
It was a fun trip. We had a great time and i got to know some new people in the program.
Besides the one hippie boy who refused to shower and so we gagged when ever he was in a 60 ft radius...
It was great. Lots of adventure, climbing through slots and off the marked trails.
It's great being a rec major.
We know how to really play.
I will have more pics from the trip later when i get pics from others on the trip...
Get Excited!

That picture with you in the hat with your arms raised is AWESOME!
